Rosenthal Advisory was created to provide clients with advice and counsel when confronted with difficult, challenging or complex business decisions, principally involving commercial real estate.

Barry Rosenthal created Rosenthal Advisory after a forty year career in real estate law and development, based on his observation that there was a need for independent minded advisors who could render sound judgment and unbiased business advice in connection with complex business and legal issues.

Rosenthal Advisory is not intended to be a law firm, and is not intended as a substitute for your legal counsel. Rather, we are focused on those situations where a company is seeking an advisor or counselor to provide assistance to one or more specific challenges; where there is a need for a different or new perspective; where conflicts may exist among stakeholders; or where the situation is new and uncharted, and more senior experience/judgment is sought.
